Founder and CEO of Spectrum SolutionZ Inc., Wendy MacDonald has owned and operated her own successful businesses in Utah since 1982.
Returning from 3 years in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she owned a similar company, MacDonald founded the business consulting firm, Spectrum SolutionZ Inc. in 1998 for the US and Canadian market. Since then she and the specialists at Spectrum SolutionZ have successfully assisted a wide variety of companies to define, design, implement and continuously update their ‘Next Steps’ to their SUCCESS.
MacDonald works with decision makers, business owners and independent professionals in private confidential telephone and ‘one-on-one’ consultations. As a way to reach more people Wendy MacDonald travels the country to conduct workshops on all aspects of the Business of doing Business.
MacDonald believes that basic business practices must be adapted for each individual situation, her personal, intuitive and caring interaction, comes from a sincere desire to assist her clients, her extensive International business experience and first hand knowledge of her subject.

Wendy MacDonald studied business in England, Spain and the US and has worked with businesses in Europe, Asia, Africa, Canada and the United States in over 38 industries, helping each organization focus, customize and understand the ‘Business of doing Business.’
When working one-to-one with clients MacDonald’s only agenda is to assist the business leader define and achieve their own ‘SUCCESS.’

Just Do It NOW and Do It RIGHT
Do you remember the Nike slogan, “Just do it?” The commercials with those young men and women running, biking, and showing off the athletic prowess of youth.
Even for those of us who no longer look like the kids in those commercials, the excitement got our adrenaline pumping and challenged us to go out and do things. Those commercials were a powerful call to action!
